October Club Event

Hey all. Our October club event is at Kelly’s Olympian for lunch Saturday October 25th at 1:00pm. 426 SW Washington St Downtown Portland. Moto parking right in front so you can show off that neat bike!! (Weather permitting). Come hang out with your AMCA Oregon Trail Chapter pals and talk shop, eat lunch, and share your summer Moto adventures!! There are also some real neat motorbikes hanging around inside the pub. Neat stuff!! See you there!! -Pod-

Ride’em. Don’t hide’em.

“Ride’em. Don’t Hide’em” is a term that the courageous participants of the Motorcycle TransAm take to the ultimate highest level; riding 100+ year old motorbikes 16 days 4,000 miles coast to coast across the USA 🇺🇸. Averaging about 250 miles a day, riders stopped at various places to visit neat moto museums, roadside attractions, and historical landmarks while viewing the entire country from the saddle of their antique machines of marvel. Nightly moto maintenance, repairs, and complete overhauls are essential to keeping these 100 year old bikes going strong!! They began the journey at Jennette’s Pier, North Carolina and ending at Heceta Head Lighthouse, Oregon. John Day, Oregon

Every summer a handful of the Oregon Trail Chapter and a few friends get together in John Day for a few days of stress free riding. No promotion, no advertising, no chase truck, and no plan other than ride antique motorbikes with friends!! Looks like some of the pals are having a good relaxing time!!
